It is essential that the email used on your MLB Ballpark App matches the email listed on your Mercy Marketplace account.

2. Where and when is the game?
Busch Stadium, St. Louis, Missouri
Sunday, June 28, 2026; game time is 1:15 p.m. Gates open 2 hours before the first pitch.
3. Who are they playing & where do I park?

4. What is the cost of the tickets and where are the seats located?
NOTE: Reselling tickets on StubHub or other sites is strictly prohibited

5. When will the tickets appear on my Ballpark App?

Orders placed between 3-25-26 through 4-3-26 will appear on your Ballpark App by: April 10, 2026

Orders placed between 4-4-26 through 4-17-26 will appear on your Ballpark App by: April 24, 2026

Orders placed between 4-18-26 through 5-1-26 will appear on your Ballpark App by: May 8, 2026

6. Where do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased on-line at your Mercy Store: Mercy Marketplace. You can even order from your smartphone! Log in with your Mercy Network ID and password. If you do not know your Network ID or password, you can contact the MTS Service Center at 314-364-3399 or 866-440-3399.
7. How many tickets are for sale?
5,000 tickets.
8. Can I choose the location of my seats?
We are unable to accommodate seat requests. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase? YES!

Due to limited quantities of Section 100, you may only purchase 12 tickets.

Sections 200 – no limit on quantity, however, large orders may be seated separately.
10. What are the methods of payment?
If you are a Mercy co-worker and currently enrolled in Mercy cashless, you may pay with payroll deduct. There is a $400.00 limit for cashless purchases per pay period. The cost will be deducted from your paycheck on the next pay period after your order was placed. If the cost is $200.00 or more, the payment will be split in half and deducted from two (2) pay checks.
11. How do I enroll in Mercy cashless?
Mercy co-workers can enroll in cashless through Workday and select Cashless Consent in their profile. If you need assistance, please contact Talent Relations Center at 888.599.3737.
12. Are tickets refundable?
No. All sales are final.
13. What if the game is rained out?
Per Cardinals rainout/weather policy, if the game is postponed due to weather or other reasons, it will be rescheduled for a future date as either a split doubleheader or an open date. Tickets are not subject to refunds or exchanges. Guests should retain their original tickets for use with the official policy that the Cardinals will announce at the time the game is postponed.
14. Are handicapped accessible seats available?
There are limited quantities of handicapped accessible seats. Tickets for handicapped accessible seats will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to four (4) per order.
15. Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child/infant?
Children 3 and under do not require a ticket. Children must sit on your lap for the duration of the game. NOTE: the free hot dog & soda offer are only available with purchased tickets.
16. What do I get for the ticket price?
Ticket price includes 1 reserved seat, a complimentary hot dog and soft drink.
17. How do I get the free hot dog and soda? Can I exchange it for something else?
Show the ticket on your App at any food stand in the stadium for 1 free hotdog and 1 soda. NO substitutions for hot dogs or soda are allowed.
18. Contractors and Volunteers ONLY.
Contractors and volunteers who do not have a Mercy Network ID and password can email Mercy Co-worker Store, Customer Service Mercy_Online_Store@mercy.net to purchase tickets.
19. Completing Orders. Please note that any tickets left in your cart will not be held for later purchase. All orders must be completed before logging out.
20. Order Status Confirmation- Before logging out please confirm that your Order Status is ‘Paid’ to assure your order will be processed. Any unfinished or queued orders will not be processed. You can check this by clicking on “Order History” at the top of your home screen. (Also confirm your home/billing address is correct)
