Mercy’s desire is that every patient who visits us will enjoy the Mercy Experience in our places, process and their interactions with co-workers. Our apparel program helps to create that experience. It also reflects our commitment to offer Mercy Signature Service both as individuals and as a care team. Coworker Store Hours:
Customer Service Hours for the Online Coworker Store are Monday through Friday 8am to 3pm. You can reach us thru email

The Springfield Coworker Store is open Monday thru Friday from 7am to 3:00pm.
The St. Louis Hospital Coworker Store is open Monday thru Friday from 7am to 3:00pm

Order Processing:
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. When you order from our Online Store, you can expect to receive your package within 5-7 business days.

Once your order leaves our Online Store Distribution Center it takes approximately 2-3 business days for your package to arrive.

Coworker Store Order Pick Up Policy:
Orders will be held for 60 days in the St. Louis Coworker Store for pick up. If order is not picked up within 60 days the order will be cancelled and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
